Refund policy

Yes, you can return your order under the EMA Couture Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your piece, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label, and you’ll receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee.

Returns are available for Kosovo orders only. International orders are final sale.

To start a return, please email info@ema-couture.com with your full name, order number and the reason for your return, and our team will be happy to assist you.

*Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with all original tags and packaging.
