Shipping policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Ema Couture covers all shipping costs worldwide. Please note that customs fees and VAT are excluded from this (refer to Article 2).

1.2. We ship globally using trusted international courier services based on your location:

• a) DHL;
• b) FedEx;
• c) UPS.

1.3. Orders can only be dispatched during weekdays (Monday–Friday).

1.4. Products take 7–20 business days to arrive at the Customer's delivery address, depending on the destination (not including customs processing which may take additional days).

1.4.1. Courier tracking systems may display an estimated delivery date slightly later than the actual arrival date as a precautionary measure — your order will likely arrive earlier than shown and there is no cause for alarm.

1.5. The Customer will receive a tracking number for their order once the product(s) has been shipped.

1.6. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

2. Order Processing

2.1. Every Ema Couture piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production prior to shipment.

2.2. Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

2.3. For bespoke and fully custom pieces, production timelines may differ. Our team will be in direct contact with you regarding your estimated delivery date.

3. Customs & Import Duties

3.1. All Ema Couture pieces are crafted and shipped from our atelier in Prishtina, Kosovo.

3.2. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your local government. These charges are outside of Ema Couture's control and are not collected by us.

3.3. The customer is considered the importer and is solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes upon delivery.

4. Shipping Address

4.1. All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout.

4.2. Once an order has been processed for shipment, Ema Couture is unable to redirect or intercept the package.

4.3. If you need to make an address correction, please reach out to us immediately at info@ema-couture.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
