In short:

• Production time varies by piece, typically 10–28 business days — see individual product pages for exact timing.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on destination.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale once production begins.
• Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase (80% refunded).
• Ready-to-wear pieces delivered within Kosovo may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. International orders are final sale.
• Customs duties, VAT and import taxes are paid by the customer and are not refundable.
