Return & Exchange Policy

At Ema Couture, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and created exclusively for our clients. Due to the custom and limited-production nature of our designs, we have outlined our policy below.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All Ema Couture garments are made to order and, in many cases, customized or made-to-measure.

For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:


Made-to-order pieces
Bespoke or customized designs
Items produced according to client-specific measurements or requests

Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every garment is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To proceed, we require:


Clear photographs of the issue
Your order number and a brief description

After review, Ema Couture may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Fit & Measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Ema Couture cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted at the time of order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the client.
